  • Built the platform's first documented fraud-response protocol — addressing design theft, buyer fraud, and identity fraud across a marketplace of 74,000+ creatives.
  • Authored and launched a 200+ article help center, replacing one-off email triage with a self-service system that cut dispute resolution time from days to hours.

  • The FARM: Project-managed federal-compliance creative for Camel's national independent-music marketing program. SXSW showcase operations, CD compilation series, internal client newsletter, executive sizzle reels. Every piece cleared MSA compliance review.
  • AirRaid: Editorial production, broadcast operations, on-air talent management, and live-broadcast-with-chat coordination on a 24/7 streaming music platform built four years before Twitch.
  • Wrote long-form features, album reviews, and live show coverage under my own byline across both platforms.
